Generally, there are two types of Depositions:

Physical Vapor Deposition

• vacuum evaporation
• sputtering
• molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)

Chemical Vapor Deposition

• atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD)
• low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD)
• plasma assisted (enhanced) chemical vapor deposition (PACVD, PECVD)
